1. Single Axis Single Beam Folding Machine with manual loading of Sheet with Servo Controlled Gripper System for feeding Sheet.


2. Three Axis Single Beam Folding Machine with manual loading of Sheet with programmable Sheet feeding, programmable folding angle and pogrammable Top Clamp position.


3. Six Axis Fully Automatic Folding Machine with up and down bending with automatic sheet feeding  sheet rotation and sheet unloading.

C.   MULTIFORM MACHINES

Multiform Machines are ideally suited for speedy manufacturing of Panels and 4 fold & 6 fold Cabinets with provision to fold entire sheet in single loading and offer flexibility to fold different sizes of cabinets with minimum change over time

Various Multiform Machines offered include:

1. Two Module Multiform Machines with Sheet Positioning System for Panels with 2/4 folds.
2. Four ModuleMultiform Machines suitable for folding 4 bend or 6 bend cabinets suitable for A. C. Cabinets, Deep Freezer Cabinets, Pedestals, Washing Machine Body etc.

These Machines are available in various sizes to fold sheets from 1500 to 4000 length.

D.   SHEET METAL PUNCHING & FOLDING LINES

Sheet Metal Lines offered by Multiform are the need of today, offering completely automatic manufacture of Panels and Cabinets with flexibility to handle different sizes with small change over time, Sheet Feeding can be from Cut to Length System or from stack. Line operation include punching, notching, roll forming and multiple folding, along with automatic movement and flip over if required. Panels/ Cabinets coming out from Line can be stacked or conveyed to next operation.

1. Sheet Metal Folding Line for Cabinets
2. Sheet Metal Punching, Roll Forming Line for Deep Freezers
