    AUTOMATIC PUNCHING AND ROLL FORMING LINE

Multifold offers Automatic Punching and Roll Forming Line which can be integrated with Cut to Length Line on feeding side and Folding Line on delivery side.

Depending on punching and notching operations required on sheets of different sizes, no. of hydraulically operated, C type Punching Presses are provided on either side of sheets.
 
 
• Automatic Punching Line includes no. of     Hydraulic Presses arranged in line to carry     out all punching and Notching operations     for complete range of sheets.

• Sheet is gripped by Pneumatic Grippers and    positioned against required punching press    as per programme for punching /    notching.Thus complete punching &    notching operations are carried out    automatically.

• Sheet after punching passes through Roll     Forming Machine for side folds.

•  Sheet can then be passed through     Multiform Machines for end bends or for     folding Cabinets cabinets.
